Jour 24 - Tremblement de terre ! / Day 24 - Earthquake!

À 7h14 ce matin, la terre a tremblé à São Miguel : 5,2 sur l’échelle de Richter. L’immeuble où je loge a oscillé, et au 21e étage, la secousse s’est bien fait sentir. Ce fut bref, mais suffisamment intense pour décoiffer un peu !

At 7:14 this morning, the earth shook in São Miguel: 5.2 on the Richter scale. The building where I’m staying swayed, and on the 21st floor, the tremor was definitely felt. It was brief, but strong enough to be a bit unsettling!

Des centaines de vaches envahissent la route, se dirigeant vers le salon de traite. Impossible de passer, nous devons patienter plus de trente minutes.
